Breaking the ice with Falcon
To kick-off our new youth development and mentoring program, Falcon, Variety Hong Kong organised an “Ice Breaking Party.” The event gave both mentors and mentees the opportunity to meet and mingle over refreshments, and play games to help get to know each other.
The Variety Hong Kong team introduced details of the Falcon program to its cohort of 17 – 21 years old youths, and provided tips on mentoring to its group of volunteer mentors who are giving valuable time from their busy work schedules to support these participant’s growth in employability skills and mental resilience.
